Kingstec+Campus+Learning+Centre kentville daycare listing rating child care review

My experience with Kingstec Campus Learning Centre was absolutely awful. I found the staff very cranky, had to report certain staff members for being completely unwilling to work around a child's specific needs, and was told at the time that that staff member receives multiple complaints, and yet nothing is done. You pay for almost every single day (except mandatory holidays) and are entitled no vacation time with your child without paying them. If there is a storm day, you still pay although you have to find alternative childcare for the day as well. Since the change in directors I've found it's gone downhill. I can't say enough about how awful the staff truly is to parents. Almost every day I picked my child up the staff was crowded together gossiping instead of watching the children, which resulted in numerous "accident reports". Recently also had issues with privacy, as members of the daycare have given personal information to strangers and word has gotten back to me. Would NEVER recommend this daycare!
